This policy states when ACE TENNIS ACADEMY SDN. BHD. schedules and starts coaching, court rental, and related services after a booking is confirmed.
Service timeframe (ETA): after payment is confirmed, we contact you to schedule within two (2) working days. The first class or session commences within fourteen (14) days of payment confirmation, unless you ask for a later start date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.
1. Where services are delivered
- Indoor HQ: 5, Bangunan TH, Jalan Bersatu, Jalan 13/4, Section 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- Outdoor branch: Sunway Lagoon Club, 3, Jalan Lagoon Timur (9/1), Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
The location for your booking is the one confirmed with you. Academy hours at the indoor headquarters are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, subject to court and coach availability.
2. Coaching classes and sessions
- When your payment is confirmed, we contact you by WhatsApp or email within two (2) working days to agree the coach level, location, and timetable.
- The first class or session starts on the agreed date, and in any case within fourteen (14) days of payment confirmation, unless you request a later commencement date.
- Later sessions in a package are delivered on the timetable agreed with you, inside the package validity period: 30 days for 4- and 8-session packages, and 60 days for 12- and 24-session packages, counted from the confirmed start date.
- A single per-hour lesson is delivered at the date and time confirmed in the booking. If you book a slot that is already open, that session can start on the same day.
Coaching courts are subject to availability and may be shared with other players during your session.
3. Court rental
A court rental is delivered at the booked court, date, and time once the booking is confirmed. Same-day court hire, where a court is free, is provided at that reserved slot. Peak and non-peak rates are those published on the price list.
4. Equipment and treatment services
- Racquet rental and ball-basket rental are provided at the start of the booked hour.
- Stringing and overgrip fitting are carried out on the day the racquet is handed in, or by the collection time we confirm with you, which will be no later than three (3) working days after drop-off.
- Physiotherapy, sports massage, and ice bath therapy are delivered at the appointment time agreed when you book.
5. If we cannot start on time
If coach or court availability means we cannot commence within 14 days, we will tell you before that period ends and offer the next available start date. You may accept that date or cancel for a refund of the unused amount under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We are not liable for delay caused by your unavailability, late payment, or events outside our reasonable control, such as court closure, extreme weather at the outdoor branch, or a public emergency. In those cases we will reschedule the affected session.
